give far reaching powers to both countries and will lead to the creation
of a regional trading bloc similar to the North American Free Trade
Agreement and the European Union, Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister
Ravi Karunanayake told the Daily News yesterday. Finance Minister K.N. Choksy yesterday urged the public not to be
misled by the attempts of the Opposition to belittle the Government's
efforts to bring down the cost of living by trying to create a negative
