Land prices soar to new highs

The local real estate market is showing significant growth in the recent past attributable to increasing sales and customer demand for lands. The growth is expected to continue in the years to come .The land prices are picking up considerably in the face of present outlook in the industry.

Ceramic industry mining for raw materials

Rs 9 m partnership with stakeholders:

The ceramic industry will shortly go in for a Public -Private Partnership for mining of raw materials for the industry. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed between the Treasury, the Ceramics Council and the Geological Survey and Mines Bureau in this regard.
