Constitutional reforms to transform the political culture of the country
and to ensure that past mistakes would not be repeated in the future,

community is 64.4 per cent while in urban slums it is estimated at 85 per

Sub Committee to probe the purchase and airlift of 44 vehicles by the
previous Government. 'Let us end the meaningless ethnic conflict' Let us act with confidence on the peace process launched for the
purpose of building a harmonious, peaceful and united Sri Lanka by putting
an end to the meaningless ethnic conflict which will lead to our downfall,
