HSBC announced signing of a US$ 100 million
facility supported by ONDD to Etisalat Lanka (Private) Ltd (ELPL),
one of the largest mobile telecommunications companies in Sri Lanka.
ONDD is the Belgium Export Credit Agency (“ECA”).
