Kandy Sports Club and Sri Lanka ruggerite Anuranga Walpola has admitted taking a banned substance – Tetra Hydro Canabinol Carboxylic Acid (Cannabis) a few days before the Clifford Cup semi-final against Air Force at an inquiry conducted by the SLRFU yesterday.
