Errant condominium developers on the mat

The Condominium Management Authority (CMA) will file court action against several property developers who are unable to give deeds to their condominium residents. Acting General Manager of CMA G.U. Upawansa told Daily News that according to the Apartment Ownership Law, after completing the condominium project with the condominium certification developers need to register the project in the Land Registry to provide deeds for residents.

Tea exports to grow 15% in 2008 - CTTA Chairman
