Floods affect 133,000 families

More than 133,600 families have been affected by the floods in the dry zone. The Department of Social Welfare has released Rs. 2.16 million to provide flood relief for three districts under the direction of Women's Empowerment and Social Welfare Minister Sumedha G. Jayasena.
