Smart driving licence cards progressing well - Commissioner
The issuance of the smart driving licence cards
is progressing well and the Department of Motor Traffic entertains
650 applications per day. The processing includes renewals,
attribute change extensions and new driving licences, said
Commissioner of Motor Traffic B. Wijayaratne.

Holdings, Jim Rogers said that the stocks in Sri Lanka are the only
equities he would consider at present. He said that Sri Lanka’s
stock benchmark, the Colombo All Share Price Index (ASPI), has
jumped 60 percent this year with the defeat of terrorists.
