Ananda in superb win

Ananda College, Colombo recovered in the second half to score an easy 22 points (two goals, one try, one penalty) to nil win over St. Sylvester’s College, Kandy in their schools under 20 division one segment ‘B’ rugby tournament match played at the Bogambara Stadium in Kandy yesterday. At half time Ananda led 3-0.

Afridi sends Dutch crashing to defeat

Pakistan who had to beat Netherlands to move on to the Super Eight, beat the Dutch quite convincingly and in style. In reply to the Pakistan score of 175 for 5 in 20 overs, the Netherlands collapsed dramatically and in making only 93 conceded victory by 82 runs.
