‘Galle Dialogue - SL’s offering to the world on defeating terror’

Navy Commander Vice Admiral Somathilake Dissanayake making the welcome speech at the second Galle Dialogue 2011 yesterday said that this initiative was what we offered as a nation to the world after defeating three decades of brutal terrorism. The Navy Commander said we adopted the strategies and policies in defeating the asymmetric maritime threat and the changing global environment contributed to this effort.
