NBC launches male perfumes under brand name 'NS Black'
The contribution and commitment of state executive officers towards
the economic growth of Sri Lanka has become increasingly important and
impressively high. They have also shown a favourable reception to local
products. In this backdrop, the government is also paying attention to
encourage local entrepreneurs to engage in high quality production of
such goods.

The highest ranking state sector executive Lalith Weeratunga, who
highly praised and appreciated the international standard products of
"Nature's Secrets", the premier Sri Lankan herbal cosmetics brand, has
in the past several years been persuading and encouraging
Chairman/Managing Director of the company, Samantha Kumarasinghe to add
a collection of high quality perfumes to the existing product portfolio.
Nature's Beauty Creations (NBC) is well convinced of the need and
accordingly would be launching three perfumes for male executive
officers under the brand name "NS Black".
Before releasing the perfumes to the Sri Lankan market, Samantha
Kumarasinghe together with officials of NBC, presented the new
collection of NS Black perfumes to Lalith Weeratunga at the Presidential
Secretariat recently, as a token of gratitude for his vision and
encouragement in this regard.
At this occasion, Lalith Weeratunga highlighted the contribution of
private sector to the country's economic development is as pivotal as
that of the state sector. He said he is pleased to see highly-praised
cosmetics industry player Nature's Beauty Creations entering the perfume
market, a request that he himself has made to NBC.
Weeratunga added that he extends his appreciation to Samantha
Kumarasinghe for his undying and successful entrepreneurial efforts in
this regard. He said high-quality local products certainly contribute to
well-portray the Sri Lankan image globally.
"The contribution of state sector to economic development is stronger
and extensive than ever before and NBC has been able to produce perfumes
to suit the needs and buying power of state executive officers", said
Samantha Kumarasinghe.
"The three fragrances would symbolize the silent courage and
determination, gregarious nature, power and love of men", stated
Anuththara Hapuarachchi, Head of Creative, NBC.
