Senkadagala Finance debentures oversubscribed

Colombo Stock Exchange announced that 10,000,000 issues of senior, redeemable, listed, rated debentures of Senkadagala Finance PLC for the value of 1,000,000,000 has been oversubscribed. Therefore, issue was closed at 4.30 pm yesterday as per the prospectus and the basis of allotment will be notified to the CSE in due course.
