Help Police identify JSC Secy’s attacker

The Colombo Crimes Division yesterday released a sketch of the suspect who was involved in the assault on Judicial Services Commission Secretary Manjula Thilakarathne and the robbery of property worth over Rs. 40,000 from his possession.
