Divi Neguma fourth stage begins before month end

The fourth stage of the Divi Neguma development programme will commence before the end of the month. Under the fourth stage of the Divi Neguma programme, all households will be provided packets of seeds, Divi Neguma Director General Jayathilake Herath said.

He said the Economic Development Ministry paid attention to develop vital four sectors agriculture, livestock, fisheries and industries.

Hearth said Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa directed officers under him to establish model home gardens in each Grama Niladhari division countrywide.

He said under this programme, 14,019 model home gardens will be established countrywide.
