How to re-program your mind?
For positive thinking
Programing yourself for success

Developing positive mental imagery is an exercise requiring conscious effort. It is a way to influence the subconscious mind. Much of what exists in our subconscious was "recorded" in early life and can be thought of as a psychological program.

Re-programing yourself

Much of our original psychological programing has been with us from childhood. You can insert some new programing to counteract it. New programing must be done gradually and the "new program" must be run numerous times before things become automatic. It can be done, however!

Re-organize your thoughts

How do you know what to put into your program? How do you enter the new programing? Recognize your beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, or expectations.

Create re-programing statements

Create a plan that will help you program yourself, write out new statements that will counteract old behaviours. This plan should include permissions (It's okay to ....., I can), commitments (I will...) and affirmations (I am ....). These statements must be written simply, actively, and positively. If they are complex, passive or negative, you will not get good results.

Please remember

1. Commit yourself - "I will"
2. Affirm yourself - " I can"
3. Permit yourself - " I am"
