Navy Commander visits Aussie ship
Navy Commander Vice Admiral Thisara Samarasinghe
visited “HMAS Glenelg” arrived from Australia at the Colombo Port
last Thursday. The patrol boat belonging to the Royal Australian
Navy, arrived in Sri Lanka on a goodwill visit.

Special police squad recovers stolen mobile phones
A special police squad attached to the Maradana
police have recovered several stolen Mobile telephones. The phones
were stolen from passengers travelling by train from Panadaura to
Colombo and passengers who travelled in buses from Borella junction
to Colombo Fort.
