Indonesian leader defies terrorism
In face of ‘assassination’ plot:
President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono sent a message
of defiance Friday to Islamist extremists, saying Indonesia would
not be defeated by terrorism after police uncovered a plot to
assassinate him.

SE Asia flu alert

fight against A(H1N1) flu that is threatening life and economy more
and more. In an extraordinary meeting six of the countries of the
area got together in Chiang Rai Thai city to discuss measures ready
to avoid a second wave of the new flu facing the threat of a
