Reebok to tog our cricketers

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) yesterday signed a three-year contract with
Reebok India as the official outfitter of their cricket team. Under this
agreement Reebok will provide all sports clothing requirements for the
national team, Sri Lanka ‘A’ team, under 19, under 17 and under 15
teams.
In fact the Sri Lanka team that will compete in the International
Cricket Council Twenty20 World Cup in England will be sporting the newly
designed gear manufactured by Reebok.
Reebok which has established itself as a household name in Sri Lanka
Cricket’s first international sports clothing brand and was chosen
through a meticulous tender process to ensure that the right choice was
made and the best for the national team.
This is of course not the first time that Reebok has been associated
with Sri Lanka Cricket as three of the current national players Muttiah
Muralitharan, Mahela Jayawardena and Ajantha Mendis are also Reebok
sponsored players.
Reebok will now take on the mantle to provide the entire Sri Lanka
team with the state of the art apparel footwear and equipment to empower
the team to fulfil their true potential.
Reebok has been dominating cricket in the sub continent and players
of the calibre of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh,
Irfan Pathan have all been Reebok brand ambassadors from the time they
started their career.
In addition emerging cricketers such as Rohit Sharma, Ishant Sharma,
Gautam Gambhir, Yusuf Pathan, Piyush Chawla, Robin Uthappa and many
others are part of the Reebok family.
Reebok is also the official outfitter of four IPL teams namely
Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings XI and
Bangalore Royal Challengers.
