MT. Suvarna Swarajya, MT. Lt. Arun Khetarpal, MT.
Havidar Abdul Hamid, MT. Desh Bakt, MT. Sadanad, MT.
Hoshiar Singh and MT. Punita.
The overall budget
deficit declined to 7.7 per cent of GDP (Rs. 277
billion) in 2007 from 8 per cent recorded in the
previous year. This was also below the budgetary target
of 8.4 per cent of GDP, as the decline in the revenue
collection and the overrun in recurrent expenditure was
offset by the decline in capital expenditure and net
