The Amadahara Vesak Sadaham Kalapaya (Vesak Zone) organised by the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd (Lake House) and sponsored by Hayleys Consumer Products Ltd began opposite Lake House at 6.00 p.m. on Monday. Here some lanterns on display at the 19th annual Vesak Lantern Competition organised by the Lake House Buddhist Society opposite the ANCL premises. Lanka on right track to combat piracy

The country is on the right track with the necessary law enforcement for preventing piracy and there is a decline in the piracy in the country, Director General of National Intellectual Property Office of Sri Lanka D.M. Karunaratna said.
