Kannangara MV clinch schools under 20 Rugby Sevens Title
C. W. W. Kannangara Maha Vidyalaya carried away
the Singer Sri Lanka Trophy when they beat D.S. Senanayake M.V.
Colombo by 7 points (a Goal) to nil, at the finals of the Annual
Division II Seven-A-Side under 20 Rugby tournament played at the
Urban Council grounds, Bandarawela on Sunday.

Ten stickers from Vijaya in Sri Lanka Schools hockey squad
Ten players from Vijaya College, Matale have
been selected for the Sri Lanka Schools Hockey squad in preparation
for the 34th Junior National Hockey Championship which is to be
worked off in Badulla from November 23 to 26.
