He is not playing, he is simply trying to crawl through a massive electricity cable about to be laid under a busy road in Colombo right beside his school. Schoolchildren have to risk life and limb as they are compelled to dodge the cables haphazardly laid on the pavement. Parents say this type of work should be done in consultation with the school authorities preferably during the school vacation or on weekends.
