J M Sandu Savindi (13) a student of the Wattala Lyceum International
School has brought credit to the school in the swimming events.

She was Best Female Swimmer under 14 of the Kiribathgoda Vihara Maha
Devi Balika Vidyalaya’s Swimming Club. Sapugaskanda Yoshida Swimming
Academy and Sapugaskanda Vishaka Balika Vidyalaya Sports Festival
Swimming Meets – 2012.
She also was Best Female Swimmer under 13 of the Colombo Thurstan
College Swimmer Club’s Swimming meet – 2012.
She also came first in the vocational swimming coach society’s one km
sea Swimming Meet Female event – 2012. She also took part in the
swimming meets of the International Schools Swimming Meet and National
Water Sports Club Swimming Meet – 2013.
She also participated in the 32nd Chulabhom Inter Club Swimming
Championship – 2011 held in Bangkok. |
