SML Frontier Automotive sponsors Hill Club tennis

Land Rover, the iconic British motoring brand will add verve and style to the forthcoming holiday season in ‘Little England’ by sponsoring the 2013 edition of the annual ranking tennis tournament of the Hill Club, Nuwara Eliya.

The tournament is to be worked off from April 11 to17at the club's courts in partnership with SML Frontier Automotive, sole agents for Land Rover in Sri Lanka, the event's Diamond Sponsor for the third successive year.

According to Stanley Goonaratne, Manager/Secretary Hill Club, there will be 6 categories and a total of over 150 players will participate in this year's tournament.

“Land Rover is pleased to be associated with this event, which is one of the highlights of the Nuwara Eliya season. We will have on display the Range Rover Evoque as well as the Freelander 2 , which are the two most popular models, said Sheran Fernando, MD of SML Frontier Automotive. “Besides supporting a tournament that is one of the Sri Lanka Tennis Association's ranking events, this also provides us with an opportunity to display our vehicles to a receptive audience.
