Pizza adopts Call Centre solution from DMS Electronics

Pizza Hut, Sri Lanka's favourite pizza place unveiled two new telephone numbers recently, enabling customers to reach them over SLT and Dialog lines. With the aid of DMS Electronics' (DMSE) customized call centre solution, the revamped Pizza Hut call centre has been adapted to serve a growing customer network which allows for faster and better customer service.

The new call centre involves many new features including working across multiple telephone operators with ease, connecting calls efficiently based on the call centre staff's availability, retrieving important customer data when transferring the call to a sales member etc.

"Our customer base is constantly growing and with many strong Telco's in the country, we needed a platform that was flexible and worked across these different service providers, improved productivity and was reliable," said Duminda Kulathilake, Director-IT of gamma pizzakraft lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the sole local franchisee for Pizza Hut. "While the first phase of this project has just been implemented, we are looking at adding some great innovations in the next few months that will definitely set a new industry standard."

Pizza Hut has one of the busiest call centres in the country, making this upgrade an essentiality for upholding the franchise's dedication towards customer service.
