Police seek public help to identify accident victim

Au unidentified person knocked down by a Colombo-Kandy bound train near the Walakumbura railway station, succumbed to his injuries on admission to the Kurunegala General Hospital.

Police seek public help to identify the victim aged between 40 and 45 and clad in a checked shirt and short trousers.

The victim is about six feet in height.

The body is lying at the Kurunegala Hospital mortuary.
