Power pirating teacher arrested

A retired female teacher who pleaded guilty to pirating electricity was fined Rs 327, 705 and also ordered to pay Rs 10,000 as damages to the Ceylon Electricity Board.

The woman, a resident of Dikhenpura, Horana, was nabbed by the CEB Special Investigation Unit.
