Standard Chartered rewards customers
Two winners of Standard Chartered Bank's remote banking user
promotion_ were rewarded last week with a laptop and a 32" LCD
Television for their usage of online and SMS banking services.

Introducing convenience and state of the art solutions, Standard
Chartered Bank launched its remote banking solutions in 2004. While
encouraging customers through a range of innovative solutions, creating
awareness on the benefits of these services among its clients have been
ongoing.
Past promotion winners include, Chirath Thissera of Panadura, who was
rewarded for actively using online banking and S. Kotakadeniya of
Nugegoda for using SMS banking solutions.
Chirath Thissera of Panadura who won a laptop for actively using
online Banking said that the online banking system helped conveniently
and speedily track transactions on a daily basis including allowing him
to access past records. "This has helped me manage my funds in a
systematic manner and save time as well," he said.
S. Kotakadeniya of Nugegoda was the recipient of a 32 inch LCD TV by
signing up for the Bank's SMS banking services.
Banking with Standard Chartered will soon be further enhanced with
the introduction of new and more advanced automatic teller machines
(ATMs). |
