ILO organizes study tour

As a part of the global network activities, the International Labour Organization (ILO) has organized a study tour to Sri Lanka for representatives of employer organizations of Australia, Bangladesh, China, India and Vietnam from July 18 to 22.

The representatives will be shown the activities that are currently carried out by the Employer Network on Disability, and would also be taken to companies which have already recruited disabled persons as employees.

The Sri Lankan Employer Network on Disability will be showcased among the employer representatives of these countries during this study tour.

The ILO has now developed a global network of multinational companies, employer and Business network on disability, representatives of disabled persons organizations to assist companies integrate disability into the workplace and also their strategic business plans.
