JVP's reproachful talk has not ceased - S M Chandrasena

Although JVPers have become jokers in the political field after being totally rejected by the people, their reproachful talk has still not ceased, said Anuradhapura District Parliamentarian S M Chandrasena.

Chandrasena said so when addressing a group of JPVers who supported him at a meeting held at his residence to felicitate them on Monday.

A group of 3,869 JVPers who had crossed over to the SLFP to support him at the recent general election attended the meeting.

Chandrasena who said that he would never forget the assistance rendered by the former JVP members at this general election added that he would utilise youth strength to cater to the welfare of the people in Anuradhapura.

He said the present JVP leaders who used a retired general to desecrate the grave of JVP founder Rohana Wijeweera should understand that they had no political future.
