Iraq PM, main rival tie on seat count

IRAQ: Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his main rival Iyad Allawi were projected on Wednesday to win the same number of seats in Iraq’s parliament in a dramatic tightening of the country’s election race.

Nepal, Bhutan to hold trade talks

NEPAL: Nepal and Bhutan are holding bilateral trade talks which to began yesterday in the capital Kathmandu. According to The Kathmandu Post, the Joint Secretary level talks will begin negotiations for a Bilateral Trade Agreement that was proposed by Bhutan, some eight years ago.
