MTI HR Forum

The MTI HR Forum will be held on Thursday, December 10 at the Ceylon Continental Hotel As part of the preparations for the forthcoming MTI HR Forum, the CxO survey on current challenges in managing HR and organizations responses to these challenges is in progress.

The findings are expected to highlight the immediate HR challenges of organizations, how businesses respond to HR initiatives and investments, their current approaches to structuring the organization, competencies of staff members and performance management practices.

The survey also reveals the perspectives of managers on culture and its effects on organizations and HR contributions to business strategy.
