Sri Lanka to host OMC Hair Asia Cup
The OMC Hair Asia Cup Open 2010 will be held from March 7-8. It will
be hosted and organized by the Sri Lanka Association of Hairdressers and
Beauticians (SLAHAB) for Organization Mondial Coiffure, (World
Federation of Hairdressers), under the guidance of Nayana Karunaratne,
the president of the OMC Asia Zone and a board member for the OMC.
Japan, South Korea, Philippines, India, China, Hong Kong, Singapore,
Thailand, Pakistan, Indonesia and Malaysia will compete at the OMC Hair
Asia Cup Open.
This event will provide a link between professionals and federations
from all countries in the Asian region, giving them a single platform to
compete and learn from each other, enabling the building up of a
cohesive network to share knowledge and experiences.
A wide range of programs and workshops related to the OMC Hair Asia
Cup Open 2010 are currently ongoing as a lead up to the event next year.
This is a great opportunity for participants from Sri Lanka along
with sponsors to associate themselves with an international event of
this nature. It will be an ideal platform to market their talents and
create long term relationships in the Hair Care and Beauty Industry.
