Chaturanga Kumara snapped up four wickets for 22 to spearhead St. Joseph's College to a five wicket victory over St. Benedict's College on the Duckworth and Lewis scoring system in their rain hit inter school under 17 cricket tournament semifinal match worked off at the CCC ground in Maitland Crescent yesterday.

St. Benedict's: 97 in 39.3 overs (R. Shevan 21, C. Kumara 4 for 22, R. Tatil 2 for 6).

St. Joseph's: 95 for 5 in 35.1 overs (W. Jayasinghe 26 n.o, R. Tatil 21, J. Perera 2 for 21, A. Dilan 2 for 11).
