“Australia depends on migrants and it has plenty of lands. It has a
twenty million population, similar to the population of Sri Lanka,” said
Managing Director, Heliosdevelopment, Australia, Shanaka Jude Silva.
Heliosdevelopment is recognized in delivering high quality innovative
multi-housing unit developments. They build fifty houses per year and
want to double construction.
“One of the major problems we are facing is the high cost of labour
and skilled workers and this is why we are looking at recruiting Sri
Lankan migrants. We have tied up with Australian Migration Consultants
for this purpose,” he said.
“There is a big demand for tillers, bricklayers, masons, electricians
and labourers for our construction. However, English is the key factor
for migration,” he said. Heliosdevelopment has identified Frankston
South as a prime development area.
With a history in exceeding design and quality benchmarks, Helios is
built upon solid principles of trust and integrity.
Through forward thinking, ingenuity and the leading edge in
creativity, Helios brings superior development to your property. The
Frankston city is strategically placed as the activity centre for the
Mornington Peninsula and the nearby south east growth corridor of
Melbourne, he said.
