Joint effort to maintain street lamps

An agreement was signed between the Lanka Electricity Company (Pvt) Ltd and the Peliyagoda Urban Council to jointly carry out maintenance of street lamps. This will help to provide a better service for the people living in the area of authority of the Peliyagoda Urban Council.

Chairman Lanka Electricity Company (Pvt) Ltd., Champani Pathmasekara and Mayor Peliyagoda Urban Council signed D. Nihal Ananda Pererathe agreement at the Lanka Electricity Company head office (Pvt) Ltd. the Lanka, Lanka Electricity Company (Pvt) Ltd, General Manager Dr. Susantha Perera, Chief Electrical and senior officers of the Peliyagoda Urban Council Engineer Narendra Silva were also present on the occasion.
