Batticaloa Customer Centre of HNB relocated

Hatton National Bank recently relocated the Batticaloa Customer Centre in Batticaloa. The newly relocated customer centre will be housed in a more spacious building with ample parking space.

HNB Deputy General Manager Personal Banking & Network Management, Chandula Abeywickrema opening the new customer centre along with Mayor of Batticaloa Sivageetha Prapaharan, L L C C Thambiah Deputy General Manager-Zone II of HNB and A V Beadle Senior Regional Manager - Northern Region

This customer centre was ceremonially declared open by the Mayor of Batticaloa Sivageetha Prapaharan and Deputy General Manager Personal Banking and Network Management of HNB Chandula Abeywickrema. Deputy General Manager-Zone II & A V Beadle Senior Regional Manager - Northern Region of HNB L.L.C.C. Thambiah were also present.

Abeywickrema expressed his pleasure in having opened the new customer centre in a locality where they could serve a developing community to support the economy. He further said HNB will partner in providing a new lease of life for the people in the east and initiate programmes on proper financial management and discipline, with the east opening up people who experienced natural calamities and war have now settled down peacefully waiting for development and prosperity in their day to day life.

At this juncture what they want is a development process in agriculture, fishing and business enterprise in the area, that would help to improve the lifestyles of the people of Batticaloa.
