Four teams in final round

Hirdaramani Ruhuna, Lanka Bell Wayamba, E Wis Basnahira North and MAS Holdings Kandurata qualified to play in the final round of the inaugural SLT Inter Provincial limited overs tournament which will be worked off from April 28 to May 1 at the Welagedera Stadium in Kurunegala.

The last set of matches in the preliminary round were worked off at Havelock Park yesterday with Lanka Bell Wayamba defeating East West Schools Invitation XI by 27 runs on the Duckworth and Lewis scoring method while Lexmark Basnahira South defeated MAS Holdings Kandurata 3-1 in a bowl out.

In addition E Wis Basnahira North also defeated Hirdaramani Ruhuna 3-1 in a bowl out after their match was abandoned due to bad weather.
