UNP, SLMC to contest EP poll
The United National Party has decided to contest
the Eastern Provincial elections, UNP Secretary General Tissa
Attanayake said. The decision has been taken at the Working
Committee Meeting held at Opposition Leader's office last morning,
Lankapuvath said. UNP leader Ranil Wickremesinghe will discuss the
elections process with other parties.
