She was an active member, has served the community with dedication from the Moneragala Branch and was serving as a member of the Community Based Health Programme (CBH) in the district. Anoma Jayasiri, 23, leaves her husband and two children aged six and two.

“We express our deepest sadness of her loss to her colleagues and the Branch disaster response team who are engaged with dedication, in giving First Aid, helping the hospital with admissions and transporting dead bodies.
