Since Geneva talks 48 civilians killed, 96 injured in LTTE

The LTTE which promised to refrain from all forms
of violence during Geneva I, had directed its vicious violent
campaign not only against the Security Forces but also on civilians
in the North-East killing 48 of them and injuring 96, Military and
Police sources said.
