Panadura deaths: father responsible
Investigations into the triple deaths in Panadura
revealed the man had killed his wife and child and subsequently
committed suicide by hanging himself from the roof beam in the
house. Niroshan Indika, 40, died of choking by hanging while his
wife Shirani Padmalatha, 35, died due to bleeding caused by cut
injuries inflicted by a sharp tool and his eight month old toddler
had been strangled to death, a post - mortem revealed.
