Dell mulls more investments in Lanka

World’s leading end to end enterprise solution provider Dell is bullish about the pace of growth for consumer electronics market in Sri Lanka, said Lackshmindra Fernando, Country Manager for Dell Sri Lanka.

Dell does stand ready to invest more money to introduce world class innovative, cost effective Dell products and enhance its penetration coverage in Sri Lanka.

Dell has already doubled its sales coverage in Sri Lanka and according to Fernando innovation and discovery are the key elements of the company’s business and this has enabled Dell consumers to discover a world of possibilities and technology.

Fernando added that Sri Lanka is ready to catch the technology world and Dell is ready to take the challenge to be a part of government’s journey towards making Sri Lanka an enabled nation.

Technology is going to continue to be an integral part of any business. Looking ahead, Dell anticipates customers’ technology priorities as categorized into these four key themes - Transform, Connect, Inform and Protect. Dell focus on enterprise solutions and services gives customers the power to do more and we are investing to help our customers to be successful and secure in a world being transformed by the forces of cloud, big data and mobility.

Worldwide, Dell has already invested $ 10 billion to introduce high- performing end to end enterprise solutions.
