Under 13 Quadrangular cricket begins today

Stafford International will take on Wycherley International School in the opening fixture of inaugural Under 13 Quadrangular 30 over per side cricket tournament conducted by the British School in Colombo at the Health ground in Castle Street today.

The four teams participating in this tournament are Stafford International, Wycherley International School, Asian International School and the hosts British School in Colombo.

The second match will be between Asian International School and the British School in Colombo at 1.30 p. m. The two top teams after the completion of the preliminary round

will qualify for the final to be played on June 8.

The winners and the runners up will receive trophies while special awards will be presented to the Best Batsman, Best Bowler, Best Fielder and Man of the Series.

In addition a special talent award will be presented to the Most Outstanding Player of the tournament.
