The 108th Birth Anniversary of the late Dr N M Perera will be held tomorrow at 9 am at the Ayurveda Junction, Borella, Rajagiriya. Lanka Sama Samaja Party (LSSP) Polit Bureau member and Parliamentarian Y G Padmasiri will be the Chief Guest.

Dr N M Perera was the former Leader of the LSSP, a great leader of the working class and Trade Union movement and a distinguished humanitarian. He represented Thun Korala constituency in Parliament, of which he had been a member for over 41 years.

Communist Party General Secretary Senior Minister DEW Gunasekera, Democratic Left Front Leader Minister Vasudeva Nanayakkara and Colombo Mayor A J M Muzamil will also participate.
