CEB worker electrocuted

A contract worker attached to the Ceylon Electricity Board was electrocuted while on duty at Bandarapura in Badulla on Tuesday evening.

Priyantha Kumara, 36, of Andeniya faced the mishap while trimming branches near Malangamuwa junction when a branch he cut fell on the electric wire. Badulla Police are investigating.
