The Colombo Stock Exchange has approved in principle an application
for listing the debt securities of Singer (Sri Lanka) PLC.
Accordingly,10 million rated , unsecured , redeemable debentures at
an issue price of Rs 100 each with an option to issue up to a further
5,000,000 debentures in the event the initial 10,000,000 debentures are
oversubscribed. Subscription list will open on May 21
