The Fulton Ln, an AUS $ 470 million project is a joint venture between the Dwellings groups and the acclaimed Setia Group. Setia is a multi billion dollar entity with development project across the globe.

The entire project is also spearheaded by the world renowned architect, Karl Fender, the famed architect of Eureka Towers, Melbourne, currently the tallest building in the Southern hemisphere.

Fulton project comprises of 786 apartments spilt between two towers. 70% of the apartments is already pre sold and Dwellings Group hopes to attract investors from Sri Lanka for the balance apartments.

Each apartment tower consists of studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, starting at low cost of $ 1000 as the initial deposit, 10% of the deposit on contract signing of the contract and balance on completion.

The project is due to be completed by 2015.
