The majority of the members of the Public
Accounts Committee (PAC) which sat in Parliament yesterday, were
convinced of the viability and long-term value of the Employees’
Provident Fund’s (EPF’s) diversified investment portfolios due to a
brilliant presentation at the Public Account Committee (PAC) by
Superintendent EPF, Mrs. Kalyani Gunathilake. Mrs. Gunathilake gave
an exhaustive account of the EPF’s functions as well as its
investment decision-making process.
