The Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Bureau received US $ 1,680 as
compensation from the Jordan Employer and paid it to Wanduramba N
Rajeshwari who faced an accident when she was working in Jordan.
Her eyes were damaged due to an accident in Jordan. She was also
provided Rs 227,000 by the Foreign Employment Bureau and Rs 100,000 by
the Sri Lankan job agency. Foreign Employment Bureau sources said It was
easy to get compensation due to her registration with the bureau.
